I can only assume that "sweat" is a poor translation, because no matter what language you're speaking, the idea of drinking sweat is pretty revolting. Perhaps they could have called it Sweat Fuel or Re.Hydrate or Japantorade, which I suggest because it's basically Gatorade. It's quite refreshing, once you get past the packaging.
Final verdict:
Mmmmm. Sweat.
